This one is on our Sportsman model . Recently we have been getting calls on customers calling saying that their Sportsman is froze up. This kills all the live products in the machine. The most common reason this happens is when opening the machine to fill it then closing it they fail to close the door tightly. The unit draws air in from the outside which causes it to freeze up. Always make sure your door is closed tight, top and bottom. To remove the ice quickly go to test relays and turn on the evaporator fan and leave on for about 10 minutes. Here are two examples below.
